Your First Visit

Please come about 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to complete a New Patient form. 

Initial Examination

Your dentist will begin by evaluating your medical and dental history and performing a dental exam. Your exam will include an examination of your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, an oral cancer screening and any X-rays that may be required. 

Treatment Plan

Based on your history and examination, your dentist will create a long-term dental treatment plan for you. Your dentist will also take the time to answer questions you may have about your dental health and treatment options.

• How can I book an appointment?

  To schedule an appointment at Stayner Dental Centre, please contact our office during our regular business hours.

• How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

  To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us. Please notify us of any change of plans as soon as you can, so we can offer the space in our schedule to another patient.

• Submission of Insurance Claims on Your Behalf

  We are happy to submit insurance claims on your behalf. 

  Please bring your insurance plan information to your appointment.

• Payment Methods

  Any co-pays or amounts not covered by insurance are your responsibility and must be paid at the time of your appointment.

  We accept payment by cash, debit or most major credit cards.

• Do you offer appointment reminders?

  In the days leading up to your appointment, you will receive automated phone appointment reminders from us. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us as soon as possible to let us know.

• Does your clinic have on-site parking?

  Yes, on-site parking is available for all our patients. We are also accessible by public transit.
